“My 16 year old son thought it was amazing and flew around leaving me some distance behind but there were frequent stops to catch up. There had been a lot of rain so the tracks were frequently awash with flowing water making it had to see the potholes so each person had to decide how fast they took these stretches. It was much more challenging than I had thought but that made it exciting and satisfying to do. There were many people there but the organisation was excellent and there was little hanging around.”
