“Our driver and tour guide was Dudy. He was very personable and knowlegable. He told us a lot of Balinese culture. And he was great about asking if we wanted family photos in all the locations. Our 1st stop was at Satria Luwak Coffee. Here they gave a tour of all different plants, cocoa, coffee, then there was a tasting session where you were able to taste 13 different teas and coffees. I do not like coffee but they were so good I ended up buying a package to take home! Then we went to the monkey forest. I loved just watching the monkeys some had a stone of sort…”

“This was a long and fun day!! First off, our guide, Wah, was absolutely amazing. A wealth of knowledge. We had a big group and were picked up on time. Wah and the drivers were very patient. At no time did we feel rushed at the different stops. Our group of 20 spent over 2hrs at the swing so unfortunately, we had to skip other stops, merely because they would have been closed for our visit. Had it not been for that, our guide and drivers were prepapred to see it all through the very end. This was one of our favorite days in Bali, all thanks to this company.…”

“It was an amazing adventure. Our Guide Wayan was excellent. I loved all the different activities, and to have lunch overlooking the rice terraces was beautiful. My only criticism and concerns for anyone, going to the waterfall, although beautiful, it is NOT for everyone, getting to the falls is quite the journey steep hill walking just to get to the waterfall steps, and the steps down to the waterfall were treacherous, extremely steep, not much of a handrail, once down it was incredible but then you had to walk back up. So word of warning on this.”

“Communication could have been better as they didn’t respond to our inquiries until late the night before. The day started with a hotel pickup. The driver was friendly but drove dangerously fast on the highway, despite our requests to slow down. Once off the highway, his driving was more reasonable. We waited 50 minutes at the meeting point, though we could have boarded the boat much earlier, wasting valuable time. The boat ride and snorkeling were enjoyable, with the snorkeling being the highlight, though some time was wasted. Lunch was mediocre, and at Angel’s Billabong and Broken Beach, we had only about 5 minutes to explore. The driver rushed people…”

“Great experience. Gusti contacted us a day prior to confirm the pick up details, and also checked in with us after the trip. Our assigned guide was Pakis. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. We opted out of the monkey forest and he immediately had a plan for where to bring us instead. Excellent driving skills to maneuver the challenging traffic too. We felt safe in his hands. We truly enjoyed the tour. Duration was just right, route was well-planned, and views were breathtaking. Highly recommend the private tour.”
